1. Principles
1.1. Legality, proportionality, and transparency to the extent compatible with investigations and security.
1.2. No unlawful discrimination; measures based on facts and published policies.
1.3. Two levels where reasonable: automated actions (anti-spam, anti-fraud) and human review for edge cases.
2. Scope
Registered accounts, API integrations, associated playout devices, phone numbers or messaging channel identifiers where applicable.
3. Types of measure

4. Grounds
- breach of General Terms or Annexes;
- breach of the Content and IP Policy;
- risk of imminent harm to users or infrastructure;
- fraud or payment abuse;
- valid authority order;
- serious contractual breach (e.g. B2B non-payment).
5. Summary procedure
- Detection (automated or report).
- Triage and, if needed, precautionary suspension in high-risk cases.
- Notice to the User with reasons as far as possible (unless criminal investigation or risk of abusive counter-notification).
- Reasonable response period of 7 business days.
- Decision and internal record.
- Appeal per Reports and Appeals Policy.
6. Data after termination
Per Retention Policy; some data may be retained for legal obligation or dispute.
7. Effects on content
Removal or deactivation of associated User Content; cache and third-party copies may persist outside the Operator’s control.
