C.1. Scope of the “Listener” profile
C.1.1. Applies to end users who request songs (free or paid), receive confirmations via SMS/WhatsApp/app, participate in surveys, or use listening features without acting as Artist, Radio, or Organization.
C.1.2. Listeners may not have a persistent Account; identification by phone number or session still falls under this Annex where relevant.
C.2. Permissions
C.2.1. Submit requests according to station rules (keyword, schedules, limits).
C.2.2. Receive transactional messages (confirmation, queue, payment failure).
C.2.3. Access history when an Account or persistent identifier exists.
C.3. Restrictions
C.3.1. Do not abuse the service (request spam, payment fraud, impersonation).
C.3.2. Do not send illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing content in messages.
C.3.3. Do not resell or automate requests in a way that harms other listeners or the station.
C.4. Specific obligations
C.4.1. Provide correct payment and contact data when needed.
C.4.2. Comply with payment processor and mobile operator terms.
C.4.3. Respect station decisions on programming (a request does not guarantee broadcast in all technical or legal circumstances).
C.5. Responsibility for content and data
C.5.1. The Listener is responsible for message content and accuracy of information provided.
C.5.2. Payments: billing disputes follow the processor channel and refund policies disclosed at purchase.
C.6. Blocking criteria (examples)
- fraud or abusive chargeback;
- harassment of staff or other users;
- attempted technical intrusion;
- repeated conduct violations.
C.7. Relationship with other audiences
C.7.1. Radio: the broadcast relationship is primarily between Listener and station; the Operator provides technology. Programming questions go to the station where applicable.
C.7.2. Artists: no direct contact via platform unless specific future features with transparency.
C.7.3. Organizations: the Listener does not interact directly with campaigns except contests or mechanisms specifically disclosed.

C.9. Compliance (consumer)
C.9.1. Pre-contractual information on price, currency, service, and complaints.
C.9.2. Right of withdrawal: applies only when the Listener Service qualifies as a distance consumer contract and local law provides for digital services — validate with counsel (exceptions often apply for immediately executed digital content).
C.10. Consequences of breach
Phone or Account blocking, refusal of new requests, reporting to authorities in serious unlawful cases.
